us within 48 hours of receiving your answer telling us what you
are not happy about, at clinic@cogsales.com. If we cannot rectify
the situation to your satisfaction you will receive a full refund.

request. The more relevant information that you give us the
better response we will be able to give you.
3. Your answer will
be created by a sales and marketing expert with many successful
years experience as a sales and marketing professional.
4. You are responsible
for giving us sufficient accurate relevant information about
your situation. and for the professional implementation of the

5. We undertake to
hold all information that you provide us with in strict confidence
and only for the purpose for which it was supplied. We undertake
not to pass this information on to any third parties. We may
from send you our newsletter and you are free to unsubscribe
at any time.
6. In supplying your
information, you are agreeing that you are authorised and entitled
to do so.

reserve the right to decline to answer any specific question,
in which case a full refund will be provided.

be published or copied without our prior written permission.
9. The limit of
our liabilities under this agreement is the price that you
paid for the service and we are not liable for any consequential
liabilities.
10. You are responsible
for the quality of the implementation of the response and

this service you are explicitly agreeing to be bound by these

operates under English Law and any disputes will be resolved
by a mutually agreed arbitration process or in English Courts.
